RRS provides information about professionally managed ATM and Cash-to-Card solutions for independent retailers. The Site allows visitors to request a free consultation or site evaluation. Any actual placement of equipment is governed by a separate written agreement between RRS and the business owner.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our prior written consent
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a consultation request

4. Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation form does not create a contract or guarantee that we will place equipment at your location. We evaluate each request individually and will contact you if your business appears to be a good fit. All program terms, revenue sharing, and installation details are set forth in a separate written agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, and design) is the property of Retail Revenue Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nash County or Edgecombe County, North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
